We are a private concierge service, not a government agency. We help you complete New Hampshire form DSSP260 (REV. 03/17). After your order, we email you the digital application to start your process. We do not issue permits, licenses or badges, and we do not mail any permit or document. The New Hampshire State Police Permits and Licensing Unit processes every application and performs a background check on every applicant. Approval is not guaranteed.
We do not provide assistance for obtaining concealed carry permits directly. Users are responsible for securing their own permits. Our role is limited to helping with the initial qualification application only.

Refunds on the concierge service
You may request a refund of the Concierge Application Process ($95.00 one-time) and the White Glove Service ($35.00 one-time) within 30 days of purchase.
When a refund is refused: once the email containing your digital DSSP260 application has been sent, the service has been delivered and a refund may be refused. A refund also voids the application we prepared; you agree to destroy any copies.

For immediate assistance 24/7 our U.S. customer support team can be reached by email at support@concealedcertifiedusa.com. Approved refunds go back to the card used within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancelling the Advanced Training Videos subscription
The subscription is $19.00 per month and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time:

A cancellation takes effect immediately and stops the next renewal. Charges already made for the current month are not refunded. You receive a cancellation confirmation by email.
Holster orders
The holster ships by USPS Express within 1 to 2 business days of a successful order and a tracking number is emailed to you. Return an unused holster within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; contact us first for the return address.
Gift links
Gift and pre-paid White Glove links are refundable within 30 days of purchase if they have not been redeemed.
